This Privacy Policy applies to the information that we obtain through your use of Linus Health Europe (formerly named Kinesis Health Technologies and referred to as "Kinesis") services, including our websites, platforms, and web-based tools (collectively the “Services”). The Kinesis website contains standard tracking cookies, however, no Kinesis product or service contains marketing or tracking cookies other than our websites.

We also collect gender, weight, height, and date of birth specifically from patients.

Our Services are not currently directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. In order to process children’s data we would require assent from a legal guardian. In the event you become aware of a child accessing a Kinesis product, without parental please contact privacy@kinesis.ie.
Users should be aware that by following a link in a Kinesis product to a third party website, Linus Health Europe Ltd (formerly known as Kinesis Health Technologies) privacy policies no longer apply. As such the user should familiarize themselves with the third party’s policies.
Linus Health Europe adheres to the data regulations in the regions we operate and are both HIPAA and GDPR compliant.
